These are one of the sites I most commonly use. I especially like the Kuler website because you can adjust the color to the tone that you like and I find it fun to use.}

Name that Color [link] - really good for picking out certain colors to get their hexcode, RGB code, and the name!

Color Scheme Designer 3 [link] - a bit more complex (has the official/professional wording for different palettes) but really good!!~

Color Palette Generator [link] - you can upload pictures to it and it'll take the main colors to make a palette!~ i find its really good with photos hehehe

Color Hex [link] - a complete color encyclopedia

Color Blend [link] - gives the exact blends in between two different colors; i find it great for manual gradients in pixeling/cell shading uwu}
